Eep. Just added the Firefighter Mandatory training sessions to the department calendar. I know where I’m gonna be from now thru the middle of October. 100 hours of classroom and/or practicals time… and my calendar was already pretty packed! I must be out of my mind…

Long day… up early (for a weekend) for the HazMat Awareness & Ops test. Passed the practicals… cautiously optimistic about the written. Spent a little time at home playing with the dogs, then headed to Indy for band practice. I think we spent more time talking than rehearsing, but that’s okay… it’d been awhile and we had to catch up. 🙂 Then I stopped at Station 2 to work out on the way home. Tired now. Thud

Tired. Nine hours on-station at Frankton Volunteer Fire Department today helping test 4000 feet of fire hose. I need to study. I want to sleep. HazMat test is tomorrow… I think study is going to win. I can do this… I can do this… I… can… zzzzzzzz…
